For umbrellas with special fabrics (such as RPET eco-friendly fabric or black rubber coating) or special handles, the minimum order quantity is 500 units. For custom products requiring new mold production, the minimum order quantity is 1,000 units. first-time clients, we also accept small-batch trial orders of 100–200 units; the unit price will be adjusted accordingly based on the actual quantity. Yes, we recommend that all new customers confirm the samples before placing a bulk order. The sample fee is 3–5 times the unit price of the bulk order and can be fully credited toward the bulk order. The production lead time for samples is typically 5–7 days; for printed samples, it is 7–10 days.Customers may request multiple samples simultaneously for comparison and evaluation, and we will provide product selection recommendations based on their market positioning.

● Production processes are inspected every 2 hours, with key process parameters recorded

● Finished products are subject to sampling inspections according to the AQL 2.5 standard, covering functionality, appearance, performance, and other aspects

● A quality inspection report is issued for each batch and shipped with the goods

● We support customers’ requests to have inspections conducted by third-party organizations (such as SGS, TÜV, etc.).
